Kandis is a project management and business analysis consultant with more than 20 years’ experience working on information management projects, including many enterprise content management and taxonomy development engagements. Past clients include the Mastercard Foundation, ADP, and Harvard Business Publishing.
As a project manager, Kandis is adept at many methodologies and tools, including those associated with classic waterfall and Agile project management Agile and Kanban boards. She tailors her approach to each client and project’s particular needs.
As a business analyst, Kandis is regarded as a gifted team builder and communicator. She is highly skilled at engaging with clients to understand their needs and imagine solutions.
Prior to joining Dovecot Studio, she was a project manager, scrum master, and product owner at the Linux Foundation and a program manager and manager of learning content development at Autodesk.
Based in Montreal, Kandis holds a Master’s in Educational Technology from Concordia University. She is also a PMI certified project manager and a certified Scrum Master. When she’s not keeping teams and clients on time and on budget, Kandis might be trying a new recipe or listening to good music – or doing both at the same time!
